    I’m in the middle of “Diet for a Hot Planet” and just finished the chapter about Anna Lappe’s trip to New Forest Farm. It makes me want to visit it next weekend as I travel through Wisconsin. These pictures at least give me a glimpse :) Thank you for taking the time to grow slow food and take care of our planet!

    It is a magical place, but the best thing is there are farms like New Forest popping up all over the country. Want to visit one? Reach out to your local organic farming associations, like NOFA-NY here in New York State.
