Rainforest Agribusiness Campaign
RAN’s Rainforest Agribusiness Campaign is defending forests, family farmers, and our climate by challenging one of the fastest growing threats to the world’s tropical forests: the rapid expansion of industrial agriculture led by U.S. agribusiness giants ADM, Bunge and Cargill.
The Amazon rainforest, the world’s largest and most biologically diverse, and in the rainforests of Indonesia and Malaysia, are among the most threatened.
The Rainforest Agribusiness Campaign is working to hold U.S. agribusinesses ADM, Bunge, and Cargill responsible for the social and environmental impacts of their soy and palm oil operations in Latin America, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific.
RAN is partnering with allies and affected communities in these regions and–with the help of U.S. grassroots activists and NGOs–bringing their demands to the U.S. agribusiness giants.

The Cool Foods Campaign
A joint project of the Center for Food Safety and the CornerStone Campaign, Cool Foods educates the public about the connections between the food we eat and how it contributes to global warming. The campaign seeks solutions to combat global warming, and focuses on agricultural practices and food choices that can reduce and reverse this trend.
Organizations, businesses and individuals are encouraged to take the Cool Foods Pledge and become a part of a movement that is reducing their “foodprint” by eating cooler.
